A Brush With Love review for Buy Again & Reorder Reminders

We’ve had an excellent experience with Buy Again and Reorder Reminders. The app works brilliantly for our business and has solved a really important issue for us. Our customers customise our products, so having a reorder app that correctly carries over product line item details is absolutely essential and this app does that perfectly. It also handles stock really well, and there are the exactly right settings available to make it work for different types of products and business needs. I especially appreciated being able to exclude a specific product from the feature easily. We recently upgraded to Shopify’s New Customer Accounts, where the native Shopify buy again button wouldn't carry over product line items, and our previous Reorder app that did this didn't work on the new set up. But this works completely smoothly plus all the analytics that come with it will mean we can see exactly how many of our customers use it and the sales it generates. A huge thank you to Girish, who has provided absolutely outstanding support throughout. Responsive, knowledgeable, patient and so helpful, the level of customer service has been exceptional. I haven’t started using the reminders feature yet, but as a B2B business I can already see how valuable it’s going to be, and I’m really looking forward to implementing it. Highly recommend this app.
