I run a toy business that is very heavy on pre-orders. This app is now an essential part of my business and does everything I need from pre-orders to buy now, ship later options. It's a great app that has a great self-set up tutorial and holds your hand in setting it up. The best part is the support is great. Even when i was on the free tier they helped me greatly whenever I ran into any issues. I have a custom theme so there were some hiccups, but they solved most issues within a hour of chatting with support. It's a great app and worth trying out. If you ever run into problems just hit up chat, they will help you through it.
Had some issues setting up at first but that was hardly a issue with how good the support team on this app is, super responsive and helpful. def worth the money if not more!
What an amazing app & team! Addora provides everything my customers and I need for my type of store (collectors items). Thanks to their system I'm looking into upscaling my business, because it creates a much smoother and streamlined process of ordering and requesting shipping. It took over a lot of my manual work and the customers are better aware of the status of their pre-orders. Happier customers and less work for me^^ The Addora team is very helpful and super fast with replies and fixes! They take questions seriously and make updates where needed. Great app! Managing held orders and pre-orders used to be such a hassle, lots of manual back-and-forth, but now it's smooth and easy for both us and our customers. On top of that, the customer service is honestly some of the best we've dealt with. Quick and very helpful! Highly recommend to any merchant looking to streamline their workflow!
