Our experience with Buzzbassador has been fantastic. We did lots of research on different platforms, did lots of trials, and found Buzzbassador to be the best fit for us. The support we received from Shelby during our setup and launch was excellent. She's smart, knowledgeable, and very responsive. The tools and templates in BB were exactly what we needed and the end product looks very professional. The option to switch to different monthly packages as needed for more (or less) support is a plus. Also, no long-term contract. That's huge. Several of the competitors we considered had 1 year contracts. BB is a great fit for what we are doing, and we'd highly recommend them.

Buzzbasador was a perfect solution to replace what we were using, Share A Sale, as it has more features to activate ambassadors. There team has been hands on in helping us get everything set up to match our brand aesthetics.

We have been using Buzz for over 3 months now and are loving the platform. There are lots of software out there to help with influencer/affiliate marketing but what really sets Buzz apart is its customer support. Their team is truly unparalleled and we've been getting a lot of help from them! 10/10.

I've loved working with Buzzbassador! Especially as we started out, they helped us scale from 20 to 2500 ambassadors and gave our ambassadors a user face to check on their sales and get insight into what they're driving. The team is also amazing and there to help with anything you need. Would recommend to anyone starting a program!!

I know our support and founder teams have already been in communication with you since this review was written, but just wanted to respond here and reiterate that we apologize that you were facing slow response times at the time of this review. We pride ourselves on offering great support, as many of our other reviews have noted, but we realize that we missed the mark with response times in some of our recent communications with you. We have made improvements to our customer support hours on our end since this feedback, as well as adjusted our pricing structure to ensure all customers have equal access to email and chat support. We also were happy that we could build and launch that custom feature request you asked for. All in all, thank you for making us better! Great app, easy to use and the online help is very quick to respond. Usually you have to wait at least 30 minutes on other apps, but here it's only a couple minutes. Highly recommend the app

Our store has been using Buzzbassador since 2021 and it's worked perfectly for our needs. The Buzzbassador team has really elevated our experience and makes all the difference. Calvin the CEO and his team are super responsive, always work out any issues we have, and have taken feedback to implement amazing new updates. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Great app!!!! Easy set up, easy dashboard with great functionality, and looks amazing integrated on my website Naughty Kitten Clothing! Full email template design function with automation and professional looking forms for your ambassadors and much more......We are excited to see the future with Buzzbassador!

Really happy with the form factor of the UI so far. Customer service has been impeccable, I always get a prompt, helpful and professional team member. Looking forward to seeing the growth of this app, definitely worth a try if you want to have a more organized and efficient way to track and compensate your ambassadors.

Used this app to help organize my ambassador program - and it blew my expectations out of the water! The customer service is AMAZING, the layout is very user friendly, & it helps so much that buzzbassador takes care of the calculations & payouts so I don’t have to do it manually anymore!

Shopify has new apps everyday popping up...always with similar functionality and purpose --- you can go down rabbit holes easily trying to find apps that are a fit for your business. But, when I found Buzzbassador I was currently using Smilie.io -- which served my purpose of rewards & loyalty program for my customers...but, i didn't understand I was new to E-commerce and needed help onboarding and training...Well Buzzbassador Did. I quickly made the switch and couldn't be happier and confident that I'm maximizing all the value in the platform. Not to mention, Shelby (co-owner) and the entire Team answers all my questions in a timely manner --giving me the guidance I need to succeed. Again, you can find a 1000 shopify apps that do similar things --- but it's the Team behind the app...thats hard to find. Buzzbassador Leadership ensures I'm maximizing my invest and providing a strong affiliate program to the streets... Go Buzzbassador!!! Fore Fathers is forever grateful for your service!

So far setup has been a breeze. They give you every resource you need to get your Ambassador program up & running smoothly and the customer service is top notch. Avian, my service rep was amazing. Loving this app so far!

We found Buzzbassador on YouTube. Why their YouTube videos don't have thousands of views is beyond me, Out of everything we've seen on YouTube regarding ambassador programs, their videos are by far the most helpful. So far we're absolutely loving this app! The ambassador dashboard and sales leaderboard is amazing! Not to mention the ease of integration with our website. Buzzbassador does everything for you! Site integration, ambassador application, automated emails for every ambassador on every sale...I mean they've practically covered every base. So far, we're extremely happy and thankful to have found Buzzbassador.

I have to first state how amazing customer service at Buzzbassador is. Calvin the co-founder, went above and beyond walking me through the onboarding process step by step. The system is simple with easy drag and drop modules; while the custom designs are sleek and up to date. As a growing brand, I am so excited to have this tool to optimize and grow my business. Shoutout to Buzzbassador for creating this awesome APP!

We are really happy with the buzzbassador App! It's very easy to use and it offers great possibilities to scale our Ambassador program. The customer service is what I like the most about the program, as they are answering in such a short time and are always available and helpful. The basic plan for ca. 35€ is great to start with and has everything you need to receive new Ambassador applications, maintain them, keep an overview and track their sales. There are no annoying restrictions in the basic plan that prevent you from using the app on a daily basis. We have been using the app for over 3 months now and are really happy. We have many ideas for more features and have already discussed them with the Buzzbassador team. They are already adding some features and are always open to suggestions. Overall: great app! I can recommend it!

Buzzbassador helped us automate what was a very manual ambassador program which allowed us to grow our ambassador list 3x since adding Buzzbassador. The integration into our Shopify Plus account was easy and all the coupon codes are automated and changes are made and effective instantaneously. The interface is beautiful and very user-friendly. Each time I needed additional help navigating the app, the support staff was quick to respond with a solution or recommendation (huge shout out to AK, our amazing support rep at Buzzbassador!). Lastly, it is clear how much this company values the feedback of their users. I needed a couple of changes to our application form which at the time were features they did not have but within a couple of weeks, Shelby responded back to me directly that they made that change and updated our form. In addition, the founder and CEO took the time to connect with me directly to discuss my company's experience with using the app. I am PROUD to be using Buzzbassador and look forward to all to come in 2022!

I just began using the app and I already love it! Ive used other several other apps and this is my favorite by far. It’s very well organized and does majority all of the work for you after setting it up, which is easy. Great customer service. I’m very satisfied and excited to use it more.
