It is such a pleasure doing business with such great people. Right after I subscribed for the app, I was able to schedule an intro meeting with the co-founder of the company and get true insight on how to deploy the service to serve my needs very specifically. The customer service is fantastic and the integration a breeze thanks to the hard work that was put in making amazingly detailed videos. I wish more companies were treating their customers with this level of care. Thank you Buzzbassador :D

Excellent ambassador platform and superb customer service!!! Calvin and Shelby are awesome! I cannot say enough about how wonderful and responsive the team at Buzzbassador has been! They are incredibly responsive and they truly care about the success of each of the companies that use their app. If you are trying to decide among a number of ambassador apps, look no further, Buzzbassador is truly the one to go with! Had a great experience with the Buzzbassador team during the setup process. My team is really enjoying the simplicity and function of the application. We are in the process of loading our ambassadors now and will be excited to update the review as we proceeed. To date, the Buzzbassador team has been quick to respond and very helpful with our questions.

This is the BEST customer service I've ever experienced with an app... Shelby and Calvin on the support team have answered all of my questions kindly and quickly (and I mean QUICK, they always respond within that same minute which is simply unheard of).

Great idea. Make sure you are 100% sure you want to download the app because you won't be able to test it out. I downloaded the app and deleted after 20 minutes after quickly figuring out it didn't have the ability to customize as much as I needed it to. I thought id let any future store owners know this before they go and take a risk! overall a great app with a great support staff.

I've been loving the communication/customer support that Buzzbassador has been giving myself and the company! We're excited for the possibilities that this app can provide our business. We've been looking for an ambassador app like this for about a year, something we can really have control over and knowledge on who is interested in our ambassador program. With the communication we've had with the Buzzbassador team, I think we've finally found our solution! This is a great app to really gain knowledge on who your ambassadors are.
