My complaint helped me get the right tip, and now things are working—for now. I’m desperate to get support for two days. No response. I’ve used it for some time in my old shop and it worked fine. Now it’s full of bugs, and the integration is finally not working. So what’s going on?

App says I can choose the free for life plan, but then tells me I'll be billed for usage?? It's not free then. Please update your information. Will not use as was falsely advertised as a Free plan avalable

Great tool and support from the Team of Skai Lama. I was helped quickly from their developer team for a strange problem occurred on my site. Recommended product!!

We are an online parts seller, so having a product recommender that has 100% accuracy is really important as our products only work with specific appliance models. This was the only app that had a functioning dynamic recommendation engine that worked as promised. The support provided far exceeded expectations. In order for this app to work as needed for our specific use case the support team had to make adjustments to their algorithm and they delivered on it. Great product and great support.

The app is working correctly after 2 months of bugs. Now we like the app and think it's great for customization of your own quizzes.
