Byte: Product Recommender Quiz

My complaint helped me get the right tip, and now things are working—for now. I’m desperate to get support for two days. No response. I’ve used it for some time in my old shop and it worked fine. Now it’s full of bugs, and the integration is finally not working. So what’s going on?

App says I can choose the free for life plan, but then tells me I'll be billed for usage?? It's not free then. Please update your information. Will not use as was falsely advertised as a Free plan avalable

We are an online parts seller, so having a product recommender that has 100% accuracy is really important as our products only work with specific appliance models. This was the only app that had a functioning dynamic recommendation engine that worked as promised. The support provided far exceeded expectations. In order for this app to work as needed for our specific use case the support team had to make adjustments to their algorithm and they delivered on it. Great product and great support.

This app does everything you need. For A LOT cheaper than other software options. The customer service is really fast and helpful. They provide video explanations of any issues/resolutions so it's super clear. If you need a quiz app this is your best option. If you're not sure, download this app and one other app and compare. You'll see how much cheaper, faster and better this is.
