C‑Pricefy Custom Prices app enables Shopify merchants to add various input parameters to products/variants and calculate prices based on them. We don't have any e-mail containing your username or shop url in past 3 months. Please try to contact us by our support phone using Viber or Whatsapp. Number is +381637490130 Also we do get all the emails forwarded via Shopify when you use the "Get support" option next to the app name.
