Works well, but has a steep learning curve. USPS will give you a spreadsheet showing transit times by zipcode given the origination zip code. If this could be imported vs having to enter manually, that would make USPS shipping time calculations even better.

This is a very powerful tool, allowing us to create tiered delivery services that are also postcode specific. There is a moderate learning curve, to get to understand each section of the app - but once you are comfortable with how it works you can easily adjust settings where required.

Saved us money and helps the customers know whats going on too. Also the service has been awesome. Its almost 24/7 access which means problems are solved really quickly. Nik and his team are great to work with.
