We sell quite a lot overseas, and we tried implementing flat rates, but there are always some areas where shipping is outrageously expensive. And we would take a beating. We needed a solution that allowed us to create custom rules for discounted shipping while still accounting for higher-cost regions. After exploring other options, we decided to try Calcurates. We previously used Zonos, but their shift in focus left smaller businesses like ours looking for alternatives. After speaking with Nik, we felt confident that Calcurates could handle our needs, and it has proven to be an invaluable tool in our operations. The app is flexible, reliable, and has made managing our shipping rules so much easier.
