Added my first event, spent a lot of time on the description and it didn't upload or save

Spent time searching for an event calendar for my site and decided to go with Calee— it’s been great so far. It’s a little challenging for me to figure out new tech stuff, but their customer service is A+ (via WhatsApp texting) and I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The aesthetic is clean and easy to navigate! Really very happy with it

Not sure what happened but my calendar is gone. no widget or anything. Customer service is non existent. I think it's a pretty cool app if they can get it to run correctly. UPDATE: The next day a csr fixed my problem.
As the issue is resolved now and you are using the app as intended, could you please update your review?
