Finally a simple solution for repetitive calls. Honestly, every app is pushing integrations, features that you will never use, instead of just handling phone calls for the store… Thanks to that, my team now has more time for marketing than support

The app needs improvement on the agent setup process because we did not understand fully what was required so we had to reach out to support for clarification. The service is legit, we just started using it and seems it handles properly the phone calls. We are monitoring the call transcriptions which is a very nice feature!
