We are a Shopify merchant and have been using Callflows as our AI phone customer service solution. The setup is straightforward, and the call flow logic is very flexible, making it easy to guide customers through order verification, issue collection, and handoff to human support when needed.
What impressed us most is how customizable it is. We added specific instructions for the agent, custom greetings, etc. The accuracy of answers is actually sometimes even better than human agents. The analytics dashboard is a nice bonus — lots of insights we didn’t have before.
We added Call Flows AI mainly to stop the endless missed calls… but it ended up doing much more. Customers actually compliment the “agent” because it sounds so natural. We've seen fewer abandoned carts now... Worth every penny.
Setup time is very quick. The agent skills are amazing, they basically cover almost any topic a customer may call about. We had special requests for agent behavior and support team guided us how to achieve them.
We use it a bit differently - not only as a support service but also configured it to collect info for each call which helps us later wuth the marketing and pushing new sales opportunities. Saved us a ton of work hours. Much appreciated!
