I recently started using Callsy and I’m really impressed so far! The setup was super straightforward, and within minutes I had it running. What really stood out is how effective these AI agents might be, it’s something I’ve never tried before, and it much better then what you would expect from AI calls. Calling customers have always been one way we look to improve our customer experience, and through this app, we could potentially do them at scale. The support team has been excellent too. They’re responsive, quick to help, and you can tell they’re committed to improving the app continuously. That gives me confidence that it’s only going to get better with time. Overall, Callsy is exciting because it brings something new to the table for Shopify merchants. Highly recommend giving it a try!
