Reviews summary
CallYo is a Shopify App that allows merchants to confirm cash-on-delivery orders by phone before shipping, reducing refused parcels and increasing delivery rates. The app connects the store to a call center team that contacts customers to confirm orders, providing order details and options to mark the order as confirmed, rescheduled, or refused. Orders sync automatically, agents work from shared queues, and call logs ensure merchants are updated on each order status.
