As a long time Shopify seller and user of a fair number of apps I was hoping Border Buddy would function, but after calling a few number listed for support and no repeated emails being responded to Ihave to say this appears to be a scam. I am surprised Shopify lets this app exist on the platform.

We had some issues with Canadian customers being surprised by extra fees. CanadaCustomsDuty has simplified this completely, showing costs upfront, which our customers love!

We’ve struggled with complaints about surprise fees for Canadian customers. DDP provided an easy way to calculate and display fees right in the cart. It’s made checkout transparent, and we’ve seen less cart abandonment. Thanks
