Cancel My Order

CancelMyOrder is a Shopify App that provides self-service order cancellation and returns for customers. It allows customers to cancel or withdraw their own orders directly from the storefront, without the need to contact support. The app applies a 14-day withdrawal window based on EU consumer law and automatically cancels and refunds orders that have not shipped yet. Orders that have already shipped are registered as return requests for the merchant's team to process.
