Great scorecard to measure how your fulfilment center is tracking against the fulfillment times in your service level agreement. Easy to identify and download orders (you'll get a CSV file) that falls outside of the SLA so you can flag them to your fulfillment center to potentially get a credit back, or kick start a conversation with them about improving fulfillment times. Would recommend for merchants who do a lot of volume!
