We have been using Captain Shipping Protection since the very early days they provided this app and are super happy. It has helped us offering a valuable offer to our customers that provides them with confidence that their orders arrive safe and if something should happen during transit that they get priority resolution and either a refund or a replacement product without any hazzle. The support team is super responsive and if we have any questions are getting us answers straight away!
