Had some formatting issues but the developer was super quick to help fix them. Looking forward to seeing how the free version increases sales, if it goes well I will move to paid version.

Cart Convert is a really great upsell product on its own, it's intuitive and easy to set-up, but where it really shines is the responsiveness of its team and their willingness to go above and beyond to make their product a unique fit to your needs. I cannot overstate how impressed I was by my experiences with this app and its team (and the conversions speak for themselves!)

I know nothing about coding and this requires a simple copy & paste of code which I couldn't figure out. Customer service was awesome. They responded quickly and went into my store and put the code in as needed.
