We had a couple of issues with conflicting apps when we first installed the app. However, we reached out to support and they were able to create a fix for the issues. and have the app up and running pretty quickly. Highly recommend Cartix (and EasyGift) :-)

Amazing app, it allowed us to customize our drawer cart super fast and looks great! Having the option to add a discount code there really makes a difference for us, specially during sales. Also, we had a loading issue at first due to our theme's code order, but the team responded super quick and fixed it in very little time. I can only recommend this app!

Cartix support is fantastic and quick to respond. They helped me with an issue relating to our site that ended up having nothing to do with the app, they are the best! The app is super easy to get up and running. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their UX.

Great app, but even better support. I had a suite of customisation I wanted (probably a dozen), and the app team implimented them quickly and easily. I even offered to pay them for their time as there were a lot of changes, but they just did it! Also, this is the only custom cart app that works with Zipify one click upsell pre purchase upsells (which is a huge plus). Worth more than what they are charging!

I've searched for something to that easily integrates add on option at the cart/checkout process and this worked perfectly! Anthony and his team responded to my questions almost immediately and I am super impressed with their customer service.

A great app!! The best features I liked about this app are as following: The upsell section is very neat and the product presentation is very good. The option to apply the discount code in the cart slider makes it easy for the customers to use discounts which helps with improving the conversion. The app shows the translated names of the products when the store is visited from a different country than the primary domain. Apart from that, the customer support is amazing!

We wanted an easy way to customize our cart in our store and Cartix has been an awesome option! We are very happy with the customization options for color, and alerting customers of discounts so that they don't miss out. I was also very pleased that when I reached out to the support team to inquire if they had a specific feature, they took the time to make edits to the app to include the feature we needed! We do not currently use their upsell tool.

The app is amazing. Works seamlessly with our theme. Loads quickly and syncs with the normal cart page. I was just looking to try a pop-up cart (instead of using the cart page) but ended up really liking the app and the upsell options. Outstanding customer service from Anthony at Fiftypoint6

This is my first time reviewing an App. It is a great app with equally great customer service. I reached out about installing a 3rd party shipping insurance widget onto my Drawer Cart and Anthony bent over backwards to help me! The drawer cart functions and looks great and Anthony (and customer service in general) are very quick to respond and lend a hand.

The app is great and the feature that allows voucher redemption in the cart really made a difference in performance. Also, big shoutout to the team for the excellent support. I needed to make sure the new cart was fitting in well with the rest of the website and the team stepped in to help!
