Furthermore, there is no option to add missing information or correct it afterward. In our case, we use the app to collect medical information for products that require a prescription, including the prescribing physician’s details. These failures prevent us from considering it a reliable tool for our business. The app’s stability needs to be improved, and users should be able to edit or complete the information after a sale.
