Sometimes the app is a little tricky to use, but that is perfectly fine because their support is amazing. Anytime something hasn't worked the way I wanted to, the support has been patient and dedicated to getting the problems resolved. They answer quickly and are 100% reliable. You don't get this kind of dedication with some apps, so I really appreciate them!

We struggled for months to find a robust but simple souloution to customers abusing a free bundle offer we had. With the engineer and help and thoughtfulness of KlinKode, they were able to help bridge a solution to make this happen. Another app was needed to be used in conjunction, but with both apps we were able to achieve exactly what was need, and this wouldn't have been able to be done without the thoughtfulness KlinKode designers. They were there every step of the way and this app is so useful. I highly recommend this team and APP.

Very affordable. Easy to manage, set up and adjust - no special knowledge or expertise required. Works very well. Support is responsive and solves any bugs / issues quickly. This app has saved me a lot of headaches and money!

The Cart Lock app is working great. Our Shopify store offers free mp3 downloads. This is a popular product for us. This free product draws many people to our store. However, recently several bot customers were creating a bunch of fake orders. We were able to tag the bot customers as "Blacklisted" and the Cart Lock app has stopped the problem. Thanks!

We were getting a large number of orders for $0.00. Our site functions primarily as a quoting tool but scammers were getting around the request for quote feature to place orders. This tool eliminated that quickly with a single rule. Well worth the price to not have to go in a cancel orders every day.

Great and fast communication via chat. Problem solved quickly: was able to limit a seasonal product to 1/order and block customers adding other products to the order, due to different warehouse location.

This was exactly what I was looking for. A simple solution to block customers from placing unwanted orders. Very clean and no extra unwanted fluff. Strictly a cart lock just like the name.

As a store with territorial rights for certain postcodes with certain suppliers, this app allows us to tailor block specific combinations (such as "allow only = collection + postcodes" and anyone trying to buy from that collection who is out of that postcode will not be able to. Brilliant! Shahriar was helpful, walked me through it and tested for me.
