If you are getting attacked by bots with $0 orders, you probably have been spending so much of your time being distracted or unsuccessfully looking for a solution. Cart Lock was our answer. I wish I had known about it sooner. Once set up (which is super easy), not once single bot has been able to get through. Thank you, thank you, thank you Cart Lock! Sometimes the app is a little tricky to use, but that is perfectly fine because their support is amazing. Anytime something hasn't worked the way I wanted to, the support has been patient and dedicated to getting the problems resolved. They answer quickly and are 100% reliable. You don't get this kind of dedication with some apps, so I really appreciate them!

We struggled for months to find a robust but simple souloution to customers abusing a free bundle offer we had. Another app was needed to be used in conjunction, but with both apps we were able to achieve exactly what was need, and this wouldn't have been able to be done without the thoughtfulness KlinKode designers. The Cart Lock app is working great. Our Shopify store offers free mp3 downloads. This is a popular product for us. This free product draws many people to our store. However, recently several bot customers were creating a bunch of fake orders. We were able to tag the bot customers as "Blacklisted" and the Cart Lock app has stopped the problem. Thanks!

We were getting a large number of orders for $0.00. Our site functions primarily as a quoting tool but scammers were getting around the request for quote feature to place orders. This tool eliminated that quickly with a single rule. Well worth the price to not have to go in a cancel orders every day.
