Persistent Cart ‑ Sync Devices

This is a great app and means my customers can browse on different devices at different times and not lose their cart contents - I know that is a bonus as I like to do this when shopping too.

Recommend this to all Shopify retailers. It's surprisingly doesn't come 'standard' with Shopify, and it saves customers a lot of frustration and increases conversion for retailer to have this in place.

We've been using this app for a few years now. Easily the best cart app for remembering carts.

We have used this app for years. We feel it is a "must have" app. Without this app, customers lose their shopping cart if they switch devices prior to placing their order. This is NOT how all of the large online retailer websites function so, without the app, the customer wonders why their Shopify cart is "lost" when they switch devices or they allow someone else (i.e. a friend or family member) to log into their account. With the App installed, the shopping cart effectively stays with the respective Shopify Customer ACCOUNT rather than just being available on the DEVICE (i.e. iPhone, android, or laptop) that was used to add the product to the shopping cart.

This is great! Our clients now have the convenience to browse and add to their cart on one system and then carry on later on another device to continue their shopping. So helpful! Also, the customer service given for when we had an issue was taken care of quickly and professionally. Great service.

There no option to manually remove the 'persistent_cart' auto-tag of every order that utilized it. There should always be these type of options for the end-user to do it themselves. Contacted developer, and they removed the auto-tag. Thanks!

Great app! I tested many similar apps, but this was the only one that worked correctly. At first, I had some trouble integrating it with my store's theme, but their support team was very attentive and helped me resolve the issue quickly. Highly recommended!

The app is flawless with retaining cart information when there is 1 cart active in 1 device or 2 or more in multiple devices. Would like to customize more the pop up window.

probably the best $3.99 per month you could spend on your Shopify store. 3 clicks and install complete, my customers can seamlessly transfer from device to device to complete their order and not lose their shopping cart.

This app really differentiates itself from others in the app store by a) using a nice modal popup rather than a javascript alert, and b) in a conflict allowing the customer to choose whether to keep their current cart, restore their previous cart, or merge the two. The interface for the customer could use some work, but I was able to fix most of my complaints with some custom css. All in all, well worth the price!

We're using this app for Wicked Good with great results. It's easy to install and very effective. For less than one latte a month (think about that for a second), you can have this up and running. It pays for itself and works like a charm. There's nothing more annoying then adding a bunch of items to your cart, only to log in later a find everything has disappeared. This app fixes that issue. Its an app you should have. How many saved carts does it take for you to make back the $3.99? Pays for itself. No reason not to give it a whirl. update: wish it kept track of how many saved carts moved on to checkout. other apps are starting to track this, which means i am looking at other apps.
