Cart Radar is a Shopify App that provides ecommerce merchants with Slack and email alerts for high-value abandoned carts. Merchants can set the cart-value threshold and receive alerts when a cart above the chosen value is abandoned. The app allows merchants to reach out to customers quickly to recover the sale by emailing the customer or creating a draft order with the abandoned cart items. Cart Radar also tracks the revenue recovered from alerted carts, giving merchants insight into the effectiveness of their follow-up strategies.
