Good App ! Love how it automates the task and sends it on its own. Free version is also done a great job.

It has recovered around 40 orders for us. We're really happy with the broadcast feature also. It is the perfect addition to our sales funnel.

We implemented this app to help with the abandoned check outs. We got our first sale with in a day. It's very easy to use. You can personalise your messages that you want to send and add offers with links which is great and also easily speak to customers if they have any questions to help complete their purchase. I would recommend this app.

We've recovered close to 25 orders on the App. Anytime we have any issue with the app, the support team immediately jumps on a call with us to sort things out. We have also been getting feedback from customers on the reasons for them not completing their purchase. This is a really helpful thing for us. Our conversion rates have improved drastically due to WhatsApp instead of sending emails. We get to know our customers better as we can chat on whatsapp with them regarding their issues!

The abandoned Cart emails are good but whatsapp is far more accessible for abandoned carts. So it is easier to rescue carts.
