Excellent service, Cart reserve works well with our shop., We had a few issues and Adam at support not only was on the case immediately he implements changes and also partnered with us and helped set the design on our web site then tested all pages to make sure everything was working correctly. After service is brilliant and the product works very well. I recommend this app highly and will be using constantly.

This app is the BEST cart reserve app I've used. It works as you WANT it to and looks really pretty too. I have tried EIGHT different cart reservation apps before this one, but they were always focused on driving sales and not ACTUALLY saving the cart so my customers have time to check out. Adam reached out to me, and i've been working closely with him since. The app is near perfect, the support is insanely prompt and detailed, and you can tell Adam has a lot of experience and passion for this. Take it from me and don't waste your time with any other "cart reserve" app as they don't actually reserve the cart. This app is a god send for small business such as myself who handmake everything and only have limited stock on restocks which sell out quickly! 1 million / 10 reccomend

I've been really impressed with the support from Adam and the team. We experienced an issue with the cart reservation feature during a very high-traffic Pokémon release. Brilliant App, Just Mind Extreme Flash-Sale Use Cases I am leaving this review to highly commend Adam from the tech support team, who provided some of the best, most responsive customer service I have ever experienced on Shopify. He went above and beyond to help us configure the app. The app itself is beautifully designed, highly intuitive, and I have no doubt it works flawlessly for the vast majority of standard retail stores looking to reduce cart abandonment. The only reason we ultimately had to uninstall is due to our highly unique, high-velocity business model. We run high-demand product "drops" where hundreds of customers flood the checkout at the exact same millisecond. In these extreme, high-traffic spikes, we found the reservation system couldn't quite keep pace with Shopify's core inventory servers, leading to a few checkout mismatches for our buyers. While it wasn’t the right fit for our specific flash-sale chaos, I cannot fault the app's build or the incredible support team behind it. If you run a standard e-commerce store, this app is fantastic. Huge thanks again to Adam for all his hard work and dedication!
