Lanae review for CSS: Cart Save and Share

This app has been a game changer for us. Shopify automatically clears customer carts after a few days, and since our products take time to plan out, customers often don’t check out until a week or more after their first visit. We were getting a lot of complaints about people losing their carts. Since installing this app, that’s no longer an issue. Customers can save multiple carts, come back to them later, and pick up right where they left off. The ability for customers to share their carts with us has also been huge. We can now easily review their selections and help them with their order. We also really like the new “login to save cart” button. It makes it clear to customers that they need to be logged in to save their cart, which has helped reduce confusion. Overall, this has solved a major pain point for lanaehome.com and our customers. Highly recommend.
