App errors caused serious financial harm to our business. After we contacted support, the developer disabled key features without notice, making checkout impossible. Currently under Shopify Plus review. Would not trust this app for live operations.
We're sorry to hear about your experience. This merchant's account was scheduled for closure after an extended history of difficult interactions with the merchant. We provided notice and transition time in accordance with our Terms of Service. No app functions or configurations were intentionally removed prior to that termination date. The only administrative action taken was a billing cancellation on the day before the subscription renewal, which may have unintentionally affected some features. We immediately reviewed the event and preserved all logs for Shopify's compliance team. For transparency, both 1-star reviews visible here were posted by the same person on the same day. Across all our apps, we've served tens of thousands of Shopify stores and have received hundreds of 5-star reviews with just three 1-star ratings over five years. We remain committed to fair service, prompt support, and full cooperation with Shopify on any review of this matter.

We used this app across multiple Shopify stores and it caused serious operational damage. Shipping rates and thresholds malfunctioned randomly, resulting in significant revenue loss. After reporting the issue, the developer abruptly terminated our access and removed key configuration options from the app, which caused checkout failures for many hours and major additional losses. We’ve opened a formal case with Shopify Plus Partner Compliance regarding this incident. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend avoiding this app until Shopify completes its investigation.

Super happy with this app and with the support provided when things aren't working as they should. We had an issue with CCS not pulling through on the estimated shipping box in the cart page for certain countries. Jade went above and beyond to help get it fixed. Turns out the city needs to be included for certain locations or the rates won't populate - simple fix but not something we would have been able to figure out on our own!
