I had a great experience with the Katching Kart support team. Dominykas was very helpful and professional. He helped me customize the 'Recommended add-ons' widget to fit my store's design perfectly and fixed a currency display issue quickly. The app is great, but the support makes it even better!

this app is great to use can many feature and thing i need to run the operation smoothly the customers service are the best especially Dovydas and Rytis help me out on what i need and how the cart should look great overall use.

I am absolutely blown away by the support from this team! I wanted to create a custom "pulse/glow" animation for my subscription widget to make it stand out, and Paul helped me immediately. He went above and beyond by writing the custom CSS code for me and adding it directly to my theme settings to ensure it worked perfectly with my design. App is great, customer support, Domantas especially is a really helpful dude, i love him already. Recommend it to everyone, with this customer support you can do anything, they will help you will custom CSS and everything!

Great app for shopify, helps out so much and I've never had a customer experience that was as good as Kaching. They have top teir customer support reps. Recently, I had a very difficult issue to fix and it seemed like it was impossible to get fixed but my rep named Deividas helped me out a lot and got everything straightened out for me. Helped a lot.
