Just downloaded the app. So far, haven't been working much with it, but all the questions that I have to customize my settings were resolved by the CS team, who are very responsive and a great help. Lukas helped me a lot with multiple things, and looking forward to testing the new cart out on my store.

I’ve been using KaChing for a few months now, and overall, the experience has been very positive. Around 80% of the time, I’m able to resolve issues on my own thanks to how user-friendly the platform is. For the remaining 20%, when I need to reach out to support, the team has been consistently helpful. One standout experience was with Erikas, who impressed me with her quick and efficient resolution. It’s reassuring to know that when assistance is needed, the support team delivers promptly and effectively.

We have been using Kaching's Cart for a while now, have failed to find an alternative that works as seemlessly with such a high degree of customisation that we would have typically achieved by custom development. Support is also fantastic compared to other providers with almost immediate responses 24/7, in particular Domantas is very helpful!
