Ik wil graag even mijn waardering uitspreken voor de hulp die Lukas mij heeft geboden. Elke keer als ik ergens tegenaan loop, helpt hij mij op een vriendelijke, snelle en effectieve manier verder. Geen gedoe, gewoon direct meedenken en problemen oplossen. Dat noem ik echte service. Het is tegenwoordig zeldzaam om iemand te treffen die niet alleen kennis heeft van zaken, maar ook echt betrokken is en de tijd neemt om te helpen. Dat geeft vertrouwen en werkt gewoon prettig samen. Domantas is an absolute legend — best support I've ever experienced I've tried a lot of Shopify apps over the years, and the support is usually the weakest part. Not here. Domantas went completely above and beyond every single time I reached out. Fast replies, actually understood what I was trying to do, and didn't stop until everything was working exactly the way I wanted. Not the usual copy-paste answers — real, thoughtful help every time. The app itself is great, but honestly Domantas is the reason I'm leaving this review. He's the kind of support rep that makes you genuinely loyal to a product. Whatever they're paying him, it's not enough. If you're on the fence about Kaching — just install it. And if you get Domantas helping you, consider yourself lucky.

Helps a bit with upsells on the side, faster checkout too is really neat customizations - easy to set up overall. Really helpful staff Domantas went above and beyond helping me fix my issue.
