Sebastian, was amazingly patient with me, and helped me solve the issue I was having with a offer bundle I created. It was getting many add to carts and checkout initiated, but no purchases. The customer service response has always been quick and that is appreciated!

I think that this is one of the best Apps you can get so don't waste time looking for alternatives - it has everything you need.
