It works really well. Any shortcomings in terms of customisation are more than made up for by their excellent customer service, which they provide themselves. Erikas gave me excellent service.

This cart (and subscriptions and bundles) are absolutely phenomenal. I'm soooo glad I did NOT listen to AI and instead did my own searching here on Shopify. Sebastian helped me get the new cart, bundles, and a subscription plan--ALL 3 OF THEM--up and running on my site and fully functional within 3 hours. I'm SOOOO hopeful that this cart will convert--our biggest headache to date has been tons of traffic with little conversions. We have plenty of add to carts so there should not be this type of issue. *HOPEFULLY* Kaching Cart will help us make MORE SALES!

Absolutely amazing app and even better support. I had to re-design my entire cart and Paul was incredible! Did an amazing job and the whole thing was done super quick. Extremely happy!

I want to leave a one-million-star review for Juozas. He spent over 5 hours with me solving every issue on my website, Titilio.com, with an incredible level of patience, attention, and professionalism. This was not basic support. He truly took the time to understand the problems, check every detail, explain everything clearly, test the solutions, and make sure everything was working properly before finishing. It is rare to find someone this dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Juozas showed outstanding professionalism, great communication, and a level of support that gave me real confidence. Honestly, he is an amazing professional. He solved everything, helped me through every detail, and delivered support far above what I expected. My rating for Juozas is 1 million out of 10. Absolutely excellent support. Great job, Juozas!

Dovydas helped me out with my difficulties in my Kaching buy button section. He didn't just fix it he helped fix my whole entire store so I wont have the same repeated issue!

Erika's support was genuinely outstanding. I reached out with an issue and he responded almost immediately, no waiting around, no back and forth. He understood exactly what I needed straight away and had it fixed before I even had time to follow up. In a world where customer support is usually a frustrating experience, this was the complete opposite. Can't recommend enough.

I was having issues understanding how to set up my cart drawer. I reached out to customer service and once Dominykas entered the chat, he patiently walked me through step-by-step how to set up my cart drawer. He even sent videos to show me exactly where the buttons were located and what I should be seeing once I press the buttons. I don't think I would have figured it out. without his help. I will continue to use Kaching products based on the customer service alone. Their customer service is constituently great across the board, no matter which app you are using. Dominykas didn't rush me off the line. He waited patiently for me to complete each step to make sure everything was good on my end. I now have a better understanding of how to add upsells to my cart and how to navigate the app due to Dominykas great customer service, patience, and understanding.
