Dovydas was the most helpful of all the support agents across the Kaching apps. He has helped me for around 2 hours straight solve my subscription and app issues, as well as transfer the current contracts under my current Kaching subscriptions. I highly recommend him and he is literally the best agent ever.

This app is really good I be getting lost at times but i just send a text and i get a fast reply with alot of help shout out to Domantas for taking the time to help me with everything !!

This bundle app has some of the best customer support compared to other bundle apps. I was having an issue with variants and quantity breaks on my store, and a man named Dovydas on Kaching customer support, helped me out. He told me what settings to change, and my store became so much better! Kaching's customer support is amazing, and not just that, but their app itself is very organized and easy to use. It looks great as well!

I've heard about this app for a while now and decided to pull the trigger and get it. The UI is amazing and the customer support is world class. Paul was super helpful and went above and beyond what he need to do. Highly, highly recommend.

I had a problem with the app and reached out to customer support via chat. It took them only one minute to get back to me. Special thanks to Juozas! you were most helpful. I was struggling with the pricing and how it looked, but Juozas stepped in and fixed it for me. After five minutes, everything was done. Thanks again!

très bonne application à coupler avec la gestion d'abonnement. très beau panier. Comme toutes les applications tiers, la mise en place est parfois délicate quand on fait bcp de personnalisation mais l'équipe support est au top. Elle n'hésite pas à prendre la main et à nous aider directement pour mettre en place ce qu'on veut. Merci à Juozas qui a pris du temps à m'aider.
