I’ve been using KaChing for a few months now, and overall, the experience has been very positive. Around 80% of the time, I’m able to resolve issues on my own thanks to how user-friendly the platform is. For the remaining 20%, when I need to reach out to support, the team has been consistently helpful. One standout experience was with Erikas, who impressed me with her quick and efficient resolution. It’s reassuring to know that when assistance is needed, the support team delivers promptly and effectively.

We have been using Kaching's Cart for a while now, have failed to find an alternative that works as seemlessly with such a high degree of customisation that we would have typically achieved by custom development. Support is also fantastic compared to other providers with almost immediate responses 24/7, in particular Domantas is very helpful!

The team is very responsive and always helps within 30min max. Very pleased with the service and the app also works great. Eligijus has helped me out a couple times and is quick to find solutions. Very happy overall

Juozas was incredibly helpful and responsive. He helped me fix my cart setup when I was completely stuck, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Super efficient and really knows what he’s doing the support was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This app has really helped increase our average order value. The upsell slider, countdown timers, and free shipping bar are all easy to use and work great. What really stands out is the support. I needed help tweaking my bundle settings to unhide something I had hidden before, and Dovydas from the team replied almost right away. He fixed it super fast and made sure everything was working exactly how I wanted. It is not common to get such quick and helpful support. Dovydas was friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and did not make me wait around. That kind of service makes a huge difference. If you want an app that actually helps boost your store and has a support team that truly cares, I highly recommend Kaching.

"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Dovydas from the support team genuinely deserves it. I reached out with a few issues and some missing features I needed for my store, and instead of just pointing me to a help article, he actually took the time to custom code the functionality for me. That level of dedication is almost unheard of in app support. He was responsive, patient, and went way above and beyond what I expected. The app itself is great, but having support like Dovydas behind it makes it a no-brainer. An absolute legend — thank you!"

Amazing customer service and very easy to use! Juozas was a huge help with installation and setup. Everything was very fast.
