Kaching isa widely used platform on many online stores. So I don't need to explain much there. But makes it really a great platform is the team behind it. Not once in the past 9 months of using Kaching I was let down by anyone. The team goes above and beyond to be sure your enquiries are addressed. My special thanks to Pijus. This guy worked on an issue (which was not caused by Kaching) for 2 hours to be sure my store is back up and running. If I could, I would give him 10 stars!

The app itself is really nice, simple to use and lots of useful options. The customer service has been great. Paul has been a massive help, not only was he very fast at replying and diagnosing the issue but you could have a friendly and normal chat with him. 10/10
