The app was nice and simple and did exactly what I needed it to do. 2 minutes to set up and away it went!

I wanted an add to cart app to do a free gift with purchase. This app worked great for the auto add to cart, but then I learned I needed a second app do discount the "free gift" item

I'm new to all this, so just the thought of creating a Shopify online store was daunting. Adding apps like CartBot to help with organizing my shopping carts was beyond anything I thought I could do. I was really intimidated by the whole process. But honestly, CartBot delivered! It was an easy setup, and it worked on my first configuration. To help others, I operate a service business, so I wanted to add a flat service fee to all of my orders (as a consultation), CartBot was able to do that for me.

30 seconds after install I was auto-adding our free gift promo to the cart based on cart value, and removing it when cart value moved under the threshold. Took me literally 30 seconds and works flawlessly. Intuitive setup, and has saved me a whole lot of time!

Just started working with it and set up my first bot but this is EXACTLY what I needed. So simple to set up and seems to work perfectly. This is the first day using it so we'll see how reliable it is but it seems PERFECT as it solves a SKU management problem that no amount of bundling seemed to solve for me.

Works sometimes and its too late to contact support to get it fixed. When I have a promo I cannot wait a few days to get the issue fixed.

Simple to use - and LOVE the reverse bot functionality that if the main product is removed the automatically added product is also removed.
