I've been using this app to automatically add products eligible for the "Buy X, Get Y" discounts. Ever since we initiated a campaign offering customers a free product upon reaching a certain threshold, our conversion rates have skyrocketed. Achieving this bump in conversions while maintaining an optimal customer experience wouldn't have been possible without this app. Without CartBot, customers would have had to manually add the free gift to their carts. I've experimented with various other apps with similar functionalities. However, many attempted to do too much, and weren't integrated seamlessly with Shopify's discount system—instead, they had their own distinct discount methods. The simplicity of CartBot is its standout feature. I appreciate that it doesn't push unnecessary functions onto users. Furthermore, when we encountered what I'd term a "bug," the CartBot team was quick to respond. They resolved the issue in just a few days. Thank you for this invaluable product; it's significantly boosting our revenue.

Works well, completed my first automation, its quite easy. Would definitly recommend this to shops which are looking to automate their cart.

It worked exactly as it was supposed to. We added a free sample with every order, so it came up as an item on the packing list to help us remember to enclose the free item. Customer service was great when I made a change. Very friendly and kind with my questions and limited knowledge. Highly recommend!

Awesome in theory, just doesn't fire every time. And when you are doing hundreds of orders a day, can become a part-time job trying to correct fulfillment. UPDATE: Their customer service has done everything they can to try to fix this and I think they deserve the 5 stars. Their app has helped me a ton and is definitely better than when I first installed it. I would recommend.

We love the CartBot app! We have been using the paid version for a while now to add items to the cart (and then we pair it with Shopify's "Buy X get Y free" discount funtion to make it free), and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend!
