It worked exactly as it was supposed to. We added a free sample with every order, so it came up as an item on the packing list to help us remember to enclose the free item. Customer service was great when I made a change. Very friendly and kind with my questions and limited knowledge. Highly recommend!

Awesome in theory, just doesn't fire every time. And when you are doing hundreds of orders a day, can become a part-time job trying to correct fulfillment. UPDATE: Their customer service has done everything they can to try to fix this and I think they deserve the 5 stars. Their app has helped me a ton and is definitely better than when I first installed it. I would recommend.

We love the CartBot app! We have been using the paid version for a while now to add items to the cart (and then we pair it with Shopify's "Buy X get Y free" discount funtion to make it free), and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend!

The function is fit for our store - the additional product could be added automatically in the cart, and it will be adjusted when the quantity of the original product is changed. The reply from the customer service is quick when we have the question on the setup.

We have been using the free version for a few years and have upgraded to use the additional features. CartBot is a simple and useful apps for our online store.

The CartBot app works flawlessly. It's simple, efficient, good and clear UI and very useful. The support is lightning fast, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

So far so good with this app. I just installed it and have it up and running within 5 minutes. Seems to be playing fairly with my other features on the site.

Great stuff did exactly what i wanted and within 30 seconds. I was able to set a product then once product has been added then the secondary product is added
