I was looking for a very straightforward app to simply add a free gift to orders when a customer buys a full size fragrance. CartBot was super easy to set up and fulfils its function without much fuss.

free as it should be. love finding apps that do a task with out charging you a high monthly fee. If you need an App that adds a good to your cart that you already have set up to be free though discounts this works perfect. The only Suggestion I would offer is allow you to select items by listing as well as variant.

Works perfectly! It adds whatever you decide automatically to the cart. Best tool to add free gifts.

support is not good. contacted around 24 hrs back or more, no response yet. issue is auto add products are not appearing all the time on time, sometimes they only appear after i refresh the cart page. and by default auto add products doesnt come immediately after cart page opens, but it takes 3 secs most of the time to appear. slow app. looking for alternatives.

Downloaded to the app to offer some free products to our customers. I needed some help. CartBot's support team was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me accomplish what I set out to do. 5-stars, would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic. The app does exactly as says and the customer service is 5/5. We would give it a 6 if we could. We required an app to do some really specific tasks for our store, and Henry from the customer service was extremely helpful in helping us get there. I used this app to add a shipping insurance to each order. Works really well and customer service is very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.
