I’ve been using this app for about five months, and honestly I didn’t dig into the charges during the first four. Out of the 70 “conversions” they claimed, 68 customers never even responded—yet I was still charged a commission just for an AI bot sending an unread message. If you’re looking for a way to burn money, this is the app for you. I reached out to the owner, was told the issue was fixed, and then this month’s bill shows the same problem all over again—more charges for customers who never replied. Save your money. It’s a great concept in theory, but in reality you’re just lighting cash on fire.

We have only been using Owen and his team for a month and are blown away by the results. Very excited to continue working with him to convert abandoned carts!

Great app, they have recovered several thousand dollars of sales that otherwise would have been lost. Highly recommended and Owen is amazing to work with!
