Support went above and beyond to help me when i was in a pinch. Even when it was in the middle of the night on their timezone. I am so so grateful!!
Customer service was awesome. I specifically worked with Ritin via chat on a Saturday morning and got helpful responses back within minutes.
Eine sehr schöne Idee, aber leider kann man keine Varianten auswählen als Geschenk (und auch die Kunden können das nicht) und im Warenkorb steht beim Erreichen des Betrags, um das Geschenk zu erhalten nicht der Preis durchgestrichen mit einer 0€ dahinter, sondern der volle Preis. Das führt zu Irritationen und Kaufabbrüchen (die Menschen erschrecken sich nur). Aber grundsätzlich leicht einzurichten in der FREE Version und die für die Kundin sichtbaren Sätze lassen sich durch deutsche Sätze austauschen. Alle anderen Apps hatten keinen Free Plan zum testen, mit dieser bin ich am weitesten gekommen. Vielleicht ändert sich noch was an der App. Ich habe sie Ende November 25 getestet. Einrichtung sehr leicht, Layout in Ordnung (Farben lassen sich anpassen).

Thats a fantastic App!! It works very well for my store
This app is awesome, even with the free starter plan! It is really easy to create rules for auto add gifts and setting up start and end dates for these. If there are any questions the support team is really helpful and friendly. I got some questions concerning a bunch of gift rules and Yash from the support team got me set and ready to go in no time!

GREAT HELP SO SAR SO GOOD! tbh is a goood ap so far, the communication is there 24/7 lol i have no idea how they do it.
