Shopify has limitations regarding the application of two different product discounts at the same time. However, the customer service representative, Swetha, and the founder, Vivek, patiently helped me find a workaround and offered other solutions to make the discounts more logical. I definitely recommend this app and their service.

It was easy to setup and the customer support was really helpful. Other apps were not working for the auto add gifts and this one worked flawlessly!

What can I say? The app works PERFECTLY, it's highly customizable. I've tried many different free gifts app and this is the best one, hands down. Do not look any further. Also, someone tried to exploit our website placing hundreds of orders because we made a mistake when setting up the free gift. I was panicking, but the support (I believe it was the owner of the app) jumped on a Meet call immediately and provided the solution. I really really wish you the best guys and I hope you can get hundreds more customers!

Very fast and professional support. There were a few issues with automatically adding gifts to my cart, but the issue was located and resolved within a very short period of time.

Io ho installato il piano gratuito e devo dire che è stato facilissimo e intuitivo. Inoltre l'assistenza è stata molto disponibile nel aiutarmi a capire cosa si potesse fare con il mio piano e come farlo al meglio.

Great app! Easy to set up, cost-effective, and customer support is amazing. I reached out with a question about a free gift functionality I wanted. The developer listened to my request and the problem I wanted solved, and then added that exact functionality to the CartKing Free Gifts app within a week's time. My customers now love the special offer, and I couldn't have done it without this app!
