CartPulse: Abandoned Cart

CartPulse is a Shopify App developed by Kovotic Labs LLC that helps ecommerce merchants catch hesitation before the cart goes cold. It detects cart hesitation in real time by streaming micro-events like scroll depth, idle time, and repeated product views to score abandonment probability per session. The app triggers in-session interventions when hesitation reaches a threshold, helping recover revenue that traditional tools may miss after the visitor leaves. Key capabilities include storefront Browser SDK, real-time SSE push channel, AI hesitation scoring, promo injection, and Kovotic support.
