The app doesn't work. All support links are broken. Even no tutorials on how to setup. Waste of time

I’ve been searching for a AI chatbot app like this for a while. Tried a bunch, but none of them came close to this one. The setup is super simple, with tons of useful features, and the chatbot is awesome.

The app works great! It smoothly helps our customers browse the website, keeps track of what they're doing, and even knows when they’re about to leave. Right at that moment, the chatbot jumps in, offering a discount code or a way to contact support. This has been super effective in keeping customers from leaving without buying something.
