C'est vraiment l'application qu'il me fallait pour créer de la fidélité auprès de mes clients ! L'équipe est vraiment aux petits soins (Merci Ty & Yaman !) et l'app ne cesse d'évoluer, c'est vraiment top !

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer App, die uns bei der Einrichtung unseres Treueprogramms unterstützt – schlank, flexibel und ohne unnötigen Ballast. Mit Redeemly haben wir genau das gefunden: ein leichtgewichtiges und zugleich extrem anpassbares Plugin, das sich nahtlos in unsere individuellen Prozesse einfügt. Statt des klassischen Store-Credit-Modells pro Kauf konnten wir mithilfe von Shopify Flow ein alternatives Treueprogramm entwickeln – perfekt unterstützt durch Redeemly. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Yaman, der uns mit unglaublich schnellem, hilfsbereitem und sympathischem Support begleitet hat. Feature-Anfragen wurden in kürzester Zeit umgesetzt, und vor allem während der Ersteinrichtung stand er uns mit außergewöhnlichem Engagement zur Seite. Vielen Dank für diesen großartigen Support!

Ferramenta fantástica. A melhor que encontrei onde pode utilizar a funcionalidade de crédito da shopify. Dessa forma facilita muito, a navegação do cliente fica fluida e não precisa sacrificar a funcionalidade do cupom em sua loja. A gestão e ativação é ótima. 10 estrelas para o suporte, muito atencioso e resolve rápido!!

I had some issues implementing the app, and Redeemly quickly answered my inquiry, volunteered to access my store and took care of everything. I have dealt with several Shopify apps and Redeemly is one of the few that have provided such excellent customer service.

I was previously using Rise.ai, but found it clunky, overpriced, and full of limitations. When Shopify released native Store Credit, I looked into apps that support it and Redeemly sounded ideal. Support was great, clearly guiding me on what needed to be done. Migration was a bit tricky since I use Shopify Markets/local currencies, and I had to provide store credit to 16,000 contacts in their local currency (converted from the default currency). A Shopify developer handled this in a couple of days. Now everything is working perfectly, it’s fully integrated with Shopify’s native Store Credit and connected to my Klaviyo flows. It also costs a fraction of what Rise did and in my opinion, it’s far superior. Highly recommended.

We've been really happy with Redeemly so far. Install was simple, they have lots of videos explaining how to customize the widgets to fit your brand and it's working seamlessly with our Shopify store. We did need expert help with one configuration and the tech support team took care of it VERY quickly for us. Highly recommend if you want to offer store credit in your store.

Awesome app with even better customer support. I requested Omnisend integration, and within a few weeks, they reached out to let me know it had been added. Highly recommend this as an excellent loyalty app!

The app works and the customer service is great. I had been looking to run promotions with rewards after a certain number of days and this fit the bill perfectly.

Redeemly is an innovative and exciting alternative to traditional loyalty programs. Support was amazing an assisting with the set up and answering any questions I had. The process of transferring from another app was seamless and the tutorial videos were all very helpful. I do wish there were more options for deeper analytics such as seeing customer redemption activity but hopefully that will coming in the future!

I thought the credit cashback was a great idea to encourage repeat custom, it was easy to install and set up but i had quite a lot of products and to put the reward on each product would have been very time consuming. I contacted Redeemly to see if there was an easy way and Yaman was fantastic, he fixed everything so now the potential credit reward is shown on each product page. Great app for us to encourage brand loyalty

Awesome Loyalty App & Stellar Support! We switched to this loyalty program because it offers store credits instead of points, and it’s been a game-changer! Setup was smooth, and whenever I had a question, the support team was super quick to help me get everything running perfectly. Compared to similar apps, this one is way more affordable without sacrificing features. Plus, the entire Monster Cart suite is top-notch—highly recommend if you want seamless eCommerce tools that actually deliver!
