We are facing issue with app and I have sent several email to support but I didn't get any reply from support. Poor customer service.

**will charge you to fix the bugs in their app! **Does not automatically place product into the parent categories **does not work with all themes **customer service takes a day or 2 to get back to you

This application is really good, it meets the needs for ecommerce sites with a large inventory. The support team is very efficient and responds quickly to all requests. I highly recommend this application.

Great App! Not having the Category Tree in Shopify like we have had in our Xcart store was a major issue during our migration. The BTP app solved this and has allowed us to have a very similar navigation structure to our previous store. Support is top notch. Always quick to answer and address any issues that we have run across.
