The reviews for this Shopify App are mixed, with positive feedback on its checkout upsell and customization features as well as responsive customer service. However, there are concerns about bugs in the app causing it to not work properly even after setup.

They really need to fix the bugs in this app. I love the options but the app just won't work after wasting the time to get it all set up.
Our checkout block app is specifically designed to work with Shopify Plus only, which is likely why it isn't functioning with your current Basic Shopify plan. Currently, shopify doesn't allow Basic, advance plan user to use checkout customization app. Due to this limitations by shopify, checkout app only works with shopify plus only. We appreciate your understanding and would greatly appreciate it if you could consider removing your review.
