The app itself is seamless and provides a great way to feed your Shopify Store into TikTok, especially if you have a complex product set-up. One particular feature we like is the ability to 'unlink' from Shopify, so you can edit product content specifically for TikTok. Their customer support is absolutely fantastic, any issues we've had or any special requests we've needed, their support team have sorted it quickly.
